Vista and Talk Talk problem

Have just bought a new computer with Vista installed. Am trying to install the connect and go cd and all I'm told is you need to log off and log on as administrator. I am the administrator! Any ideas? Is is looking in the wrong area, thinking it is XP?

Talk Talk have finally answered and given me a clue so I shall try both.

Your suggestion has solved the problem for me!! Followed the talk talk instructions but still needed to be signed on as administrator and just couldn't get talk talk to understand the problem. Followed what your link said and everything is now sorted. Many, many, thanks.
