keyboard problems

when i type using my keyboard i get the symbols which you would get if you used the shift button and when the caps lock is on i get lower case> i dont know what i have done to make it do this> it is as if the shift button is locked but i cant seems to find a way to stop it> i cant get a full stop at all as you can see>

also when i click on a link in an internet page it opens it up in a new screen and i dont know if this is connected>

please help me>

Sounds like one of your shift keys has become stuck. Have you tried a new keyboard?
