printer @camera

when trying to connect printer or camera ,i get message saying not found test connections ,i've troubleshot @ checked drive manager ,but still nothing..i am novice(idiot)using windows xp ,any help appreciated thks

have you software installed for printer and camera? That is off cd issued with both products. If not they will not connect.

have followed the install wizard and inserted accompaning insalation disc ,it come up camera or printer working but when i try to use them it comes up device not found ,do i need proffesional help ? thks for your time lol

sorry can't help there. I suggest you ask question again someone must know answer to this one. explain what you have told me sure you will get help. Other than uninstalling and trying again can't help.
