installing a game

I am trying to install a command and conquer game on my laptop but it keeps coming up with an error message
'system 32 error' or summat like that.
Any ideas on what it is?

not yet, sorry. i am at work :(
I remember it saying summat like 'do you wanna send report to microsoft' after it said the system 32 dn error unable to install.
Sorry i am not much help. I will have to have a look this eveing when i get home.

it could be that it requires a dedicated graphics card and not shared memory (onboard graphics as opposed to a separate graphics card)

system 32 errors often refer to a corrupt .exe .... "not a valid win application??"

but cazzzzzzz's point is also valid ... lappys tend not to cope with complex graphics
