Picture not showing

2 computers both vista. One will display a map on a web page but the other won't. Looked at all possible settings that I can find on the computers and I can't find a difference between them. On the one where the map won't display I get the little red cross in a box instead. Is there a setting somewhere that might effect this?

The results are the same whther I use Forefox or IE7 so I'm assuming it's a computer setting rather than a browser one

Have you looked at the firewalls and anti-virus settings?

well yes, in as much as I've closed them down completely. There again, I have exactly the same firewalls and anti-virus running on both machines, this is why I'm at a loss
