Run DLL Error

I have recently got a "Run DLL Error".
Pop-Ups are constantly appeearing, I have increased the Pop-Up setting, however, no joy.
I have frequently run virus checks and Windows defender checks, however, the problem still persists.
I have Windows Vista Home Edition.
Can someone advise how to resolve this problem, a step-by-step guide would be much appreciated.

Dynamic Link Library or DLL errors point towards the directory .

Have you tried the Microsoft help route either on-line or by internal means ?.

a large ammount of run dll errors are caused by spy ware, so if your getting them and your getting lots of pop-ups you probably want to be trying to run some anti spy ware software such as adaware as well as you antivirus software

also make sure you anti virus software is fully up to date and run a full scan again
