favourites bar

when l click on my Favourites bar now it just shows a blank grey column.... l thougt l`d somehow deleted it all by mistake, but when l tried to build it back up again it just stays the same blank grey column, does anybody have any ideas what`s happened and how do l fix it............ thanks

you should be on stage pal..... l`ve had to sit in casualty for 3hrs to get my ribs popped back into place. no more hilarious responses ........please!!!
