I keep getting a warning from google saying that it detects a virus, and says that if I keep get the warning I need to delete cookies from google and that then it should be fine. i have a mac, how do i go about deleting these cookies??

Do you use Internet Explorer or a Firefox type of browser? If it is Explorer then go to "Tools" then "Internet Options" and then you will have the option to clear them.
