Cannot send
My friend is using a Dell Inspiron 6400 running Vista Home Basic.
He has an email stuck in the outbox which will not send. It also prevents any other mail being sent. We have tried to delete it with no success. It is not a massive email (996kb).
Everything else works and he can receive mail OK.
