Sage has just frozen on me and I had to Ctrl Alt Del. I reopened it and did check data which was alll ok but when I went on the invoice list it was all empty!
I closed it again and now I have tried to get on again but when I go to get onto the Invoice list it has just frozen again! I am pretty new to this and am unsure what to do.

If you click on Financials is all your data still there?

I dont know where that is, it wont let me click on anything, I darent Ctrl Alt Del it again, do you think I should?

CtrlAltDel shouldn't cause any problems. Last time did you reboot the computer or just end task? Do you back up Sage?

I just rebooted the comp and tried again and its frozen again!

Financials is about the 9th Icon on the Tool Bar at the top. Click on this and it should show you a list of everything you have ever posted to Sage, starting from Audit No. 1
Don't panic - Sage doesn't allow you to delete anything entirely, even if you delete anything the entry still shows in red. You need to go into maintenance to delete the deleted entries!!

After restarting the computer I assume you can start Sage and you have a blank screen except for the toolbar. Which Icon are you clicking on?
