can anyone help please ,when opening internet explorer i keep getting a window pop up with a error message error as occured with script on this page line; 2 char; 30293 error; "a" is null not an object code;0 http://db2.t.msn.com/en-gb/home.aspx?ver=8.5.1 302&did=1 do you want to continue running script on this page yes or no how do i get rid of this

I've been getting these wretched things for years and I don't know how to stop them. I think I once asked on here but got no luck. Hopefully someone will know.

Have either of you tried reinstalling Internet Explorer?

I tried uninstalling it but it wouldn't let me as it was being used for all sorts of other programmes.

You shouldn't need to uninstall it, just download IE7 from Microsoft and re-install it. Sometimes it fixes little errors that have crept in.
