Please help, we have lost our broadband connection!, we are with BT, we have been trying to get them to fix it since Friday, endless calls to techinal support, endless time waiting on hold, endless questions about what lights are on, flashing etc, please I am tearing my hair out!! They dont seem to be able to help? tried E-mailing from works computer today see if this brings any joy? Can't they just send an engineer out to fix it? we think the router is faulty? any suggestions on this gratefully recieved!!
I had this trouble on Sunday morning when needing to access Quizzes and Puzzles an AB. Spent hours trying to fix the home hub and then phoned 0800 169 0199 and found that the lacal exchange was having trouble. Broadband then re-appeared in late afternoon. So try that number and find out if its the phone line thats at fault.
