This may be a silly question, but how do I know if my PC boes the Bluetooth thing with a mobile?

if it boes it will have a bluetooth icon in control panel (generally)

another general "rule" is desktops don't have bluetooth ... laptops do (sometimes)

a bt usb dongle will only cost �10 or so in tesco

if you able to found in your key board a blue "B" symbol in F8 key. Then press the function key + F8 key to open bluetooth option.
