computer pop up not working?

Hi all

Since yesterday when browsing sites that sell things (such as e-bay and the like) when i click on enlarge picture icon the larger picture appears then dissapears immediately.

It is the same when trying to upload youtube videos to facebook, the box appears then dissapears.

Any ideas as to why?
