Printing Colour Problem

I have changed my colour ink cartridge and am getting a band on my picture when I have printed it out. I have checked the heads and the nozzle and cleaned them but still get this line of bands. Any help on this is appreciated.

set the page from the printing properties.
use the original cartridges in place of the refill cartridges.
before print the page check the print page as print preview from the file menu select the print preview.
check all the print properties and set as default.

installed the print drivers again.
