is it possible to get a virus on the volume of my laptop if so how do i get rid of it coz it keeps BEEPING n CLICKING!!!!!!!

What kind of beep you are talking about? May be it is some kind of error beep. Try to full scan your computer with good antivirus. You can also use Malwayer byte:
