How can I delete programmes from the start up menu?
Any help gratefully received

right click, select delete

Thank you.....but how to I get to the start up list?
aha, miss read your question.... I thought you meant the start menu...

OK ignore above...

Click start select run and type "msconfig" and hit enter, then click on the startup tab. simply take the tick out of anything you don't want loaded at startup

go to the run type msconfig.

select the program ans click on disable .

program will not execute.

no need to delete the program from the msconfig.

if you want you have to removed the program from the add and remove programs.
Isn't that what Chuck said a day ago?
He does make me laugh, that johnpol.
