My grandaughter and her friend have made an account on our computer for hotmail and MSN and I cant sign in to my email account now. For some reason it has cancelled my Hotmail account. The emails come up but I can't read them and it has only my grandaughters name on it. Where it says sign in with differant name I have done but it won' t accept it.I have even restored to a few days ago but nothing happens.

Sounds like your grandaughter or her friend has changed the password or youve typed the wrong one in.
How do you mean the emails come up but you cant read them but hotmails cancelled the account?

if the account is cancelled you wont see emails, if you cant get into the account you wont see there is emails in it

Please describe more fully what your doing and whats happening
