belkin Wireless Router problem

I have a wireless router and for no reason it stops working after a while, and the only way I can get it to work is reset or restart to router this is on my desktop and my laptop but my desktop is plugged in all the time if that makes any sense

Our Belkin is the same, I rang them for advice and they told me that you should reset the unit about once a month, which we now do, and it seems to work fine................hope this helps..............welsh
