belkin Wireless Router problem

I have a wireless router and for no reason it stops working after a while, and the only way I can get it to work is reset or restart to router this is on my desktop and my laptop but my desktop is plugged in all the time if that makes any sense

first get your phonline tested ... then connect the router to the first socket (or nte5) - with all the other sockets disconnected
it's ok ... it's probably your wiring
if still faulty - get your ISP to test the levels
