The pointer/mouse/touchpad....whatever it's called!!

Is not working. It moves when the lappy is turned on but as soon as the password is put in it won't move :-(

Any ideas?

Have you disabled it by mistake? Look at your keyboard, can you see a key with a pointing finger? Press that, possibly with the FN key.

my ouija board is on charge ... so It's a bit difficult to give an answer without knowing what you are talking about

Can you see a touchpad icon in the system tray by the clock? Right click on that and click 'enable'.

As soon as the computer starts up we can't move it to see anything.

It works OK when we 'tab' across but still can't move the mouse/pointer.

I think I'm just going to take it back.
