Virgin email address

I am trying to contact Virgin credit cards about a (non urgent) query re paperless statements. Their phonelines are all busy and the automated phone system keeps directing me to the wrong dept and giving me info I don't need!
Can they be contacted by email? I cant find an email contact address on my statement or the website. I tried replying to an email they sent me but got an automated response saying that the message would not be read.
Has anyone got a contact address for them please?

On the Virgin Money Website "Contact Us" page, under Make a Complaint, is this email address.
Granted you are not actually making a complaint,but it can't hurt to try it?

I'll give that a go Mr Veritas - thanks. Maybe my complaint should be that I can't find a bl00dy email address for a company that makes a fortune out of communication?!

I agree shivvy,
In effect you DO have a complaint,abput not being able to email them.
At the same time you can ask your question about paperless statements.
So killing two birds with one stone,or rather two emails?LOL

Worked a treat! They replied to my email nearly immediately and although they couldn't deal with my query, they gave me a number that I was able to get through to.

Vigrin Money is just a brand - nothing to do with Virgin Media at all. In the case of the Virgin credit card, this is actually MBNA, just branded Virgin.

Thanks for the correction LCDMAN, however it was meant as a bit of a laugh. I thought that might have been clear from the rest of the somewhat tongue-in-cheek posts?

By the way, should I correct you by suggestiong that it is spelt virgin and not vigrin?!!
