nero 9

i cannot install the disc i bought for nero 9 it stops halfway and says UNABLE TO ACCESS SHELL MANAGER anyone having had the same problem i would wellcome some help

You'll need to go here: http://www.nero.com/enu/tools-utilities.html

Look for the tab that says Nero General CleanTool and follow the instructions. After a reboot, run the clean tool once more. Then try reinstalling the software.
