Can you help ?
I use 3Mobile broadband PAYGO ZTE MF622 usb Modem to connect to the internet I never had any problems before but for the past few days When I connect I can surf for a few minutes then when I click on a link i get problem page loading even though I have a strong signal bar showing I have disconnect then connect again to get things going for another few minutes. Avg free shows no problems nor did Panda free online scan. Any good simple advice welcome I am not a heavy user.
I can not stay online for long periods of time so please be patient I will get back to you.
Thank you .:-D

But, for me, simply clicking on the Try Again' button then loads the page ok without needing to disconnect/re-connect.
Incidentally, assuming it's the same interface, do you also have a problem with the 'Launch three.co.uk on connect' setting? I clear the tick but it keeps resetting itself so that the internet browser always launches when it connects.
(Fortunately I nearly always want to go on to the internet at connection time so blocking the site means that that happens without going to their site)

Hello Bibblebub thank you for your reply. I think it was most likely the upgrade work they were doing that caused the problem. As I said it seems to have sorted itself out now.
As for your problem When I click on the 3 zte mobile connection icon a dashboard appears with a green connect button clicking on this connects and disconnects me to /from the internet. Once connected I have to launch my browser manually. I can not see any tick box on my dashboard. maybe different model modems have different interfaces. sorry I can not be of more help to you.:-D

Thanks for replying - this is what the window looks like for my connection http://tinyurl.com/y5rurot and the option appears on the drop-down menu when you click on Settings in the menu bar at the top.
Hello again Bibblebub I looked at the picture of your interface and as I thought different model modems have different interfaces as mine looks like this http://www.three.co.u...ent_aid=1220455869912 and I looked under settings and could not see this option. So maybe this is just available on some modems. Sorry I cannot be of more help but If you ring customer services they might be able to help you . :-D
Thanks for taking to time to have a look.
I've blocked the url that that option leads to and so Firefox now opens with a blank page (which is how I normally have it configured anyway) and so I'll just leave it as I currently have it .
Here's hoping that you don't have any more 3 related problems. Cheers.
