Is there any free program that converts MP4 to MP3? Preferably one without a liscence

Well MP4 is video
mp3 is an audio file ...

Yeah I know, but I once had had a program that ripped the audio straight off of the MP4 and saved it as an MP3. But that was before my NTLDR and bootsec or summat like that got deleted and I had to re-install vista

I posted that link based solely on a bit of web-searching because I couldn't remember the name of the program which is most frequently recommended in the technical press. Now (after searching through Download.com) I've found it:
