My Lexmark X3480 printer won't print a document from my laptop. I keep getting an error message to check printer is turned on which it is.
Can anyone help me?

If all else fails try reinstalling the software that came with it.

Thanks I uninstalled the software and downloaded the software again from the internet and even got some new updated stuff and it is working great.
