why has my text size gone small,also my msn home page is small and i cant change it back

The following shortcuts are (to the best of my knowledge) common to all browsers:

Press Ctrl and + together to make text bigger
Press Ctrl and - together to make it smaller
Press Ctrl and 0 together to go the the default size.

PS: Using your mouse wheel, while holding down Ctrl, also changes text size
