Assume you mean your pc is slow? Search on net for using msconfig. This can be used to disable processes that you don't need.

What OS are you using? The Celeron CPU is an entry level processer but should be ok for speed. I would suggest you download and run Glary Utilities to clean up your system. Also I would download Auslogics Disk Defrag and run it as well. A malware virus scan wouldn't hurt download and run MalwareBytes to check for any infections.
