Hotmail have blocked me!

I have tried many times to get into my Hotmail account but it will not accept my password which is correct. I then tried to re-set my password but was denied even though i answered the security question. Any suggestions of how i can fix this problem would be welcome.

Sorry I can´t be of any help, as Mrs Sqad has had terrible trouble with Hotmail for the past few days. It is slipping half of her emails into draft and pages e.g sent and draft ar frozen.
