Windows live Email

I have tried to install my Sky account using windows live i have got all my incoming Email's alright, but i can not send any mail does anyone know the correct settings?

You've probably forgotten to tick 'My server requires authentication'.

thank you chris,
ive been stuck for ages not being able to use windows live email,
i posted the other night and chuck started to help me,
we got so far, but he never returned to help me with the rest of the set up.
anyway, thanks to hazelb for posting her question tonight,
and thanks to you for posting your answer tonight,
im now sorted and up and running!
so i just want to say a big thank you from me! :o)
