Why?
Why have people kept the fat ugly old useless woman in `Strictly` and forced some very good dancers out. OK, it`s not a dancing competition, but, come on, she has gone far enough, much too far in fact. It broke my heart to see Felicity Kendal go out to-night.

Many people were disappointed when John Sergeant pulled out because they wanted to see the personable (but hopeless) contestant win. So now they're even more determined to ensure that his female counterpart will take the crown.

It was interesting in the early rounds to see what Anton could do with her. So he brought comedy in for Latin dances and Ann had a go at the ballroom but as you say, enough is enough. On Saturday, the perfomance was cringeworthy, it was hard to watch. What else can Anton bring to it to cover her inability to dance? Even if they still had the judges making the final vote, it wouldn't make a difference as she is never in the bottom two. Please, please don't let her get to the final.
We British love losers that is why. WE loved Eddie the Eagle who was a complete no hoper. We turn against any real winners we have....remember Lenox Lewis, we loved him before he was champ, then it started....hes Canadian really ..people said.....Steve Davis ok till he was champ then the knocking started. We see in football a top team plays a non league in the cup and most of the country want the top side to lose.

She was asked to take part in the show and it is up to the public who have the vote to keep her or get rid of her, why should she leave? I know she isn't the best dancer but she entertains and is willing to make an exhibition of herself. The public love the underdog, same as the X Factor with Wagner who can't sing.
I'll admit to having a certain respect for Anne, but this is becoming tiresome now. It was nice to see her at first, accepting that she wouldn't be up to much of the fancy stuff and not taking the competition or herself too seriously. Nice, I thought, for her to show that the older and larger element can still enjoy dancing. But it's not funny anymore. It's just embarrassing. David Brent comes to mind.
The 'worst' of the 'proper dancers', the 'Ds' and 'Cs', have all gone now, probably much as they expected they'd be by this stage. Now they're sifting out the 'Bs' from the 'As' and Anne's definitely the 'F' who shouldn't be there.
