Need access to my email account.

Hi there. For some time I had been sending emails (without my knowledge) to people in my address book. Didn't pay much attention but now the password that I always had has been changed and as the email account is 13 years old, I can't remember the identification questions.

Can anyone please help in a way to gettin my email account back or point me in the right direction to anyone that can do it for me. Can provide i.d. or anything required for proof of email and am willing to pay if need be.

Was it an email account provided by your Internet Service Provider or was it web-based?

i.e. [email protected], for example ... or [email protected]

Hi - its an hotmail account. I have been told that it can be done - just dinfing the right person to do it - hotmail customer services are useless and don't want to know.

just go in to change your password and it will ask you secret question : mothers maiden name pets name best friends name etc that might jog memory as I did that. my question came up and of course I knew answer it then lets you change your password

Hi - yeah thanks - I have tried that - it was thirteen years ago and its my favourite pets name - I used to be quite fickle and can't rememebr which was my favourite pet and it would have been in upper and lower case in some form - it gives me three tries then asks for me to enter the figures on the screen - I can't see any hope of getting it like this. I know there are people out there that can do it - just a question of being pointed in the right direction and havinf to bite the bullet and pay for the service I think - so any help in the pointing would be appreciated.

hi steve if you get your question to come up then it should work for you but of course if you have forgot answer then no you cannot change password. sorry no help. keep trying all pets names you remember. should make no difference upper lower case for secret answer.
