Clicking laptop

You know that clicking noise you get when you click on a link? Well just lately my laptop is doing it all the time, as if someone is clicking on links. It's even happening now while I write this question.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how do I stop it?

I have noticed this as well. Don't know how to stop it unfortunately but when I went to favourites and clicked on history to find a site I had visited I noticed that there were all sorts of entries I hadn't visited - even porn sites!! So maybe it is as you thought, someone breaking into our laptops with these horrible sites. Hope someone can help us - Chuckfickens maybe?!
