What to do next?.....
2 Answers
So I have been chasing my doc for 3-4 weeks now as I went to see him a while ago to remind him that me and hubby having been trying for a baby for 2 yrs now. Sperm is fine, hormones are fine, had lap & dye and all fine with me inside. I asked what happens next. After this 3-4 week wait the answer is, drum roll please........he has spoken to the surgeon who did my op and he says go to the following website, good luck. Seriously?! That's it?! I now have to do the investigations myself? I asked what about the quality of my eggs, what if there is a prob there? He says they don't like to investigate these things, it can be damaging. So now what, I assume something IS wrong despite all tests showing nothing is wrong? The website he directed me to is for private investigations, why can't I stay with the NHS. Ahhhhhhhh!

Thanks honey33. Funnily enough I did raise the question of clomid as we haven't checked my eggs in terms of quantity, quality etc and doctor poo poo'd it saying they didn't like to get in that?! Bonkers. Yes, husand said the same, need to speak to a different doc. Yes I have seen a fertility specialist, the surgeon that did my op (lap & dye) but he seems as useless. So frustrating... No not valid for ivf as hubbie has a child from a previous relationship, can't imagine why that means I can't have help having a baby though - but that's a different post altogther ha ha!
