i am using Microsfot office and emails are not coming in

hi, i use microsoft outlook and my service provider is virgin, now from 8pm last night no emails have come in, anyone idea what is happening please. i can send emails, but just not receiving any. thanks

i teach on line so i know there should be many andi just asked a friend to email me and it never arrived

Have you tried checking whether the mails are in your inbox on the webmail for Virgin, have you checked with Virgin to see if there is a known problem?

Try sending yourself an email.

Check that your security settings are not too high in your anti virus.

it would appear it is mainly from yahoo.com and gmail that i am not receiving any
