Hi
I sold something on ebay which the buyer was not satisfied with so I offered to return the money (only £9) via paypal as he paid me that way.
Going into paypal there is a -£9 showing awaiting resolution and I want to repay this to my buyer.
However, whatever I do I cannot understand how to get paypal to reimburse this. What is the procedure to do this?
Thanks all

Log into Paypal
Account Overview (activity, or ALL activity) Look for Item: select 'Details'
On transaction details, click 'Refund Payment'
Rest is easy.
Agree with AlBags
But your use of the - has confused me
Does it show it as a minus in your PP a/c? Or is it a pending payment?

Thanks for that!

Says on paypal status 'placed' and 'funds not available whilst transaction being reviewed by ebay' When I click on 'details' nothing comes up allowing me to do the refund.
Thanks
Well, wait - don't refund
Sounds like something is wrong with the payment

Include details listed here in both posts and some one will be able to help you more - I think perhaps your buyer has started a NAD against you via eBay's complaint process
