Cant get eBay?

I am on Internet Explorer and since yesterday have not been able to access eBay. Everything else is working perfectly and I can access all my Favourite sites except eBay. Anyone any ideas, please? I am pretty illiterate regarding computers!

Seems to be a regional BT problem. Try resetting youtr BT hub

have been trying to get onto ebay all day!!! grrrr.every site i go on for answers lots of people are having the same problem.
ive done all the cheks ect but nothing ... so im going to call ebay in the morning.

I have had success. I switched off laptop, unplugged my BT hub from the socket for a few seconds, plugged it in again until all the blue lights lit up, pressed the RESTART button, switched on my laptop and logged on to eBay successfully! Very pleased! Thank you both for your help!
