Orange ISP has just 're-organised' its website. I've spent ages trying to access my familiar web-mail page, but cannot find it. Are others having this problem? Perhaps there is a way, but at the moment I've given up and feel thoroughly fed up with it.

This is why Orange is at the bottom of the Which? Broadband suppliers table. You should consider changing to another ISP.

I've several times seen the page your link leads to Chuck _ but it's like going round in circles. And Ginge... I'll probably finish up changing as you say. I hadn't realised that Orange was at the bottom of the 'league'. I'll be away for a few hours now but maybe talk again leter
Coldicote: You may be interested in this. The Which? Recommended Broadband Suppliers are (in order): Zen Internet, Be, Eclipse, Utility Warehouse, O2, Greenbee (John Lewis) and Plusnet. As you can see, O2 is the only one of the "big boys".
The four they recommend you avoid are TalkTalk, Supanet, Orange and AOL Internet.
I'm with Greenbee - not the cheapest, but very good or excellent in all other aspects. Their service is actually supplied by Plusnet, whose own product is rated as "very good value". Hope this is of use.

Thank you for this interesting information. After many attempts I eventually made it to my webmail page. By going to Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > and adjusting the settings things came back into working order. I just hope Orange doesn't do this too often. I wouldn't know how to start changing my ISP and web space.
....mmm...some sites put Orange at no 5 whilst this one says the derided Talk Talk is best and Orange no2.............
http://www.broadband.co.uk/ ....mmmm.....puzzling?
commoner: the site you link to is giving only the best deals in terms of cost. That's why TalkTalk is top. The Which? results take into consideration the actual quality of the service, connection reliability and customer satisfaction- hence, a more reliable guide to the service you will be getting.
Thanks GB....Seems like you get what you pay for then...like most things....

Must say though that as an old Freeserve .present Orange user....they have always been very fair with me...not always reliable mind you :-( .....but a little better of late.
..... Like the Curate's egg...good in parts ;-)

Cheers.
Just store a link to the webmail page.
