I don't agree Albags. I've had AOL since the year dot and never had any problems. That number is correct kat1 and it's worked for me in the past.

If only you realised how their system infects your PC/Laptop .. with their own branded browser, locked in folders.
File and email recovery when you had a big problem is extremely diffficult.

Four broadband suppliers to avoid (according to Which? 2011) - TalkTalk, Supanet, Orange and AOL Broadband. (AOL Broadband is part of the TalkTalk empire)

I am on Orange myself .. but never need support.
However, what I have against AOL is it's infectious way of modifying a browser, and locking you into custom software and programs .. much of which is not easily accessible without tools .. or specialist knowledge.

Albags, I'm too thick to know if I'm being locked in or not. It does everything for me that I want.
I've only needed their help once and that was when I had to move and my router wasn't working properly. I got a new and better one in 2 days.
