Hotmail - dead loss

Anyone know any way of getting a response from them? I've been trying to unblock my a/c for days with no success, no promised SMS message, no response to e-mails, can't find a UK phone contact anywhere. Can't sign in & get told there's a problem you must sign in again, which is the problem in the first place! Am about to open a new account elsewhere, which will be a major headache but I've been cut off for close on a week now.

Any webmail service can be a right pair in the rear. Forget telephoning or prompt service.

If you can't get into it .. and it's not been hacked, etc. Delete ALL the pertaining cookies and temp files to do with Hotmail .. and restart browser, try again .. just to be sure. A corrupted cookie could cause this sort of problem

Tks AlBags - it was hacked into and a load of spam sent out (mainly for Viagra, which my mates found v amusing). I'll have to persevere as I need some of the stuff in a/c but will have to set up another a/c pro tem. Will bear yr advice on cookies etc in mind for future reference.
