DU Meter

I have been recommended to download a DU meter to monitor my downloads. There seems to be quite a few available free but when you look some of them over, it is only a 30 day trial. Any recommendations and opinions welcome please.

Google for BITMETER. It's a free program which will record your downloads & uploads coverage for the days, weeks and months.

You can filter the search for freeware

The first place to look is on your ISPs website.... login and see if they give you usage details.
