I'm with sky. All Tv except sport and films. Broadband, unlimited calls to anywhere at anytime plus line rental £48 per month. If you're not a present customer you can get a better deal for a limited time.
I'm with BT and have no problems.................their helplines are free and I've found them excellent. For about £30 a month I get my broadband, line rental, and all calls (except to mobiles and international)
If BT were the only phone and internet provider I'd buy a couple of pigeons and revert to using smoke signals- utter shower of s---e:(
I'm with talk talk for both home and businesses, cheap , reliable, friendly staff etc, never had a problem with them.
Thanks for all your replies, I am at present with TalkTalk so may stick with them after all. It started off quite well but now seems to go up each month and I don't really change my calls that much, it's just that I keep getting letters from BT asking me to 'go back to them' so just thought I would sound it out on here.
I'm going to be changing over to O2 for phone and broadband soon. As an existing mobile customer I'll get 12 months half price but they are also rated very well by Which and have call centres in the UK that are easy to get through to a real person on.
I've been with BT for best part of three years now and never had a problem, call centre is in India but it is one of the best I have encountered. I guess, as with all these things it's the luck of the draw, some people have good experience and some don't.
I have broadband and anytime land linecalls including line for £21.50 per month. from Orange..bt advertise a good deal but do not tell you that line is on top of things !!
