Printing Problems

I'm having problems printing a grid in Excel, even though the print preview shows it fits well into the page, I'm only getting half the grid printed. The page I get shows that there's plenty of room for the rest of the table. If this makes any sense, can anyone offer some advice please? I'm using Windows Vista and an HP Photosmart printer.

Try highlighting the whole table. Go to "page layout" and then "set print area".

Thanks, I'll try that. I've manged to lick and stick it onto a Word doc successfully in the past but I'll try this.
