Having recently had my Hotmail account taken over by Outlook, I am having difficulty finding anywhere on the site that gives information on how to send emails to my full list of contacts at the same time like I used to be able to do. It was just a case of clicking on the 'All' and away they went. Does anyone out there know how to do this please. Lynne

Is it Outlook or Outlook Express?

When you want to send an email to all just click on reply and a little drop down box will appear giving you the choice of reply, reply all and forward, click on reply all and all your contacts should appear top left corner.
It's Outlook.com. The only was I can see to do it is to go into your contacts. Under groups, add a new group titled all and then add each of your contacts to this group. It'll be a bit of a faff, but after that 'all' should come up in your contact list when you hit the 'to' button on an email. You can just click on that and it will add all to the to box - there's a wee plus next to it and if you click to expand you should see that all your contacts are indeed there.
