I'm hoping someone can help, please.

Trying to do the parental online shop. To save countless phone calls, ["what's on offer, how much..." they are 89 + 91 so they can ;)]

How do I use my mobile [iPhone4S] and pad [Nexus7] to do it online? There's no free wi-fi signal there. And will this cost? it's a contract phone.
God I'm nowhere near as clever as I like to think I am!
