Kaspersky Problem

Sorry to bring this up again, but I seem to have a problem here. I have used Kaspersky for a few years. I paid for the 2014 edition update, and its all installed on my PC OK. But it is has stopped loading on start-up, and the icon is not appearing in the bottom right-hand side of my screen.

I can locate Kaspersky under "all programs" but when I double click on it to start it up, nothing happens. It could be that I have picked up a virus which is disabling the program on my PC.

If I switch the PC off and on a few times, it appears to load properly
( sometimes )

Any idea of what I need to do here ? My OS is Vista, and I also have Malwarebytes installed.

Uninstall it and then re-install their Trial version from their own Site if satisfied with this Product.
I'm quite happy with MSE (Free) which does a good job for me.
I had that issue a while ago. Their support team guided me, via e-mail, through downnloading and running stuff in order to fix it.

Thanks guys. I have an awful feeling that there is a virus, or bug somewhere that Malwarebytes, and Kaspersky between them can't find.
Update your Malwarebytes and do a Threat Scan (Short Scan)
