Reinstalling Norton Internet Security

I renewed my Norton in my netbook a month ago,then a couple days back it needed "fixing".Could not do it,as I was away from home at the time,did not have the KEY Code to uninstall and reinstall.Now I am home and have been attempting to do this,have lost the Norton altogether and do not know how to do it as the netbook does not have a CD DRIVE...Help Please!!!!
