Viber Won't Install Or Update.....

Daughter wants me to install Viber on my Leotech Pulsar phablet but whenever I install it, and put in the number is says can't use it as I have to update Viber, have tried and tried , any answers, I can use Line but she likes Viber.

You could try deleted Viber, then restart your Pulsar and reinstalling it.
