I'm very wary of these apps and I don't think they work. Do you really care who looks at your profile? I'd stay well clear.

Its a scam. It harvests your facebook details.

A few years ago, if you wrote 'did they read it.com' after somebody's email address, it notified you by e-mail if they opened/read it.

Yeah their wecam takes their picture when they're engrossed in your page and unaware, uploads it, so you can see if they're attractive enough not to be barred from looking at your stuff. ;-)
