this is probably a really basic question, but im new to all this. i tried to get my msn to work, but it keeps saying the contact im trying to add doesnt have a passport?help pls

are you sure you've put the email in correctly? it means that the email doesnt exist.

i thought this becase their internet provider was not one of those that are able to use it...is it a friends work email?
